How much does this service cost?
Our dropshipping service is free. You only pay for what you order. Simply post our products to your website or platforms, then we will handle the rest for you.

How do I pay for dropshipping orders?
We accept secure payments through PayPal, as well as major credit cards like Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, and more — just like any regular retail purchase.

Will Tekcoplus's information appear on customer packaging?
No, all dropshipping orders will be shipped directly to your customers without any Tekcoplus information on the shipping label.

Can I change the delivery address after placing my order(s)?
Yes, you can update the delivery address if the product is unshipped. So, make sure you’ll enter the correct address of your customer before paying to prevent delay in processing the order.

When do we ship out your dropship orders?
Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly so you can inform your customer accordingly.

How can I cancel an unshipped order(s)?
You can contact us at info@tekcoplus.com for a cancellation request within 24 hours for a full refund.

What are the available shipping methods?
We offer Airmail Shipping and Express Delivery, both of which include a tracking number. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for all customs and import-related matters, including but not limited to understanding import laws, handling taxes, tariffs, and any potential item seizures. Please note, items shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse are not subject to export taxes.
